Vacant Community lot at 4234, 4236, 4238 and 4240 Lancaster Avenue will be consolidated to construct a 4-story mix-use building. 1st floor will consist of 3 commercial spaces and the upper floors will have 7 apartment units. The total project will have 4 commercial units and 41 apartments. The New Freedom District Initiative.
